Conceição, 72 years old, lives in Porto (Portugal), with her partner and Bobi, their dog. She was diagnosed with coronary heart disease and Lupus. Nowadays, she is prescribed many different medications. Given her health issues, Conceição must take some care with her dietary habits.

For example, it is important to prioritise foods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, fish, and whole grains, as well as consume probiotic foods such as natural yoghurt and kefir.

Conceição loves to cook, but she had to reduce the salt intake in her daily life.
