  • 2 eggs

  1. Set the multicooker to the “Baking” program at 180°C (356°F).
  2. Grease a smaller heat-resistant dish (e.g., 21x15x7 cm) with oil or butter. It’s best to cut the bread you want to use for the pudding the day before and let it dry completely on a cutting board.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the bread and let it soak for 5-15 minutes. If the bread was very stale, you can add more milk. The soaked bread should be very soft, then transfer it to the greased dish.
  4. Arrange sliced apples on top and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Bake the pudding for 35-40 minutes until the mixture sets and slightly rises.
  5. Top with thawed fruits or jam.
