ISEKI-Food Association
The ISEKI-Food Association is an independent non-profit organisation in the food sector. The association’s activities are mainly focused on education and training. ISEKI-Food is developing and carrying out activities connected to food such as: working towards the quality assurance of food studies; tuning and accrediting curricula and certifying training activities on an international level; developing teaching materials and teaching methods; promoting synergies between research, education/teaching, industry and authorities; development of a community of experts in the field of food with communication to the general public; establishment of a framework of agreements among partners, fostering the mobility of students and staff, stimulating the development of further related projects, cooperation in the implementation of quality criteria in the food chain.

Prolepsis Institute
With a strong belief in health being a fundamental right, Prolepsis Institute has undertaken a leading role in the field of public health, by designing and implementing initiatives on various health issues and in different sectors (e.g. education, workplace) targeting a wide range of population groups, such as children and adolescents, women, migrants, and the elderly, and different types of occupational groups, such as health professionals, as well as policy makers, other NGOs and decision makers. As a coordinator or a partner Prolepsis Institute has participated in approximately 55 EU co-funded and numerous national projects implementing research, applied and educational initiatives, aiming at health promotion and education of the public, policy change and tackling health inequalities. The Institute encourages interdisciplinary and international co-operation, creating networks of collaboration not only in Greece but also in Member-States of the European Union, Eastern European Countries and the USA.

Federacja Polskich Banków Żywności
The Federation of Polish Food Banks (Federacja Polskich Banków Żywności) is an organisation which has been operating since 1997 and unites 31 Food Banks located all over the country. The Federation’s task is to promote the idea of Food Banks, represent them and coordinate their activities at the national level. The mission of Food Banks is to obtain food, including products with a short shelf life, the so-called non-commercial items, defectively packaged, whose value and nutritional quality are not objectionable. Storage of the products received and their rational distribution to local partner organisations that help the needy promote attitudes against food waste. We are guided in our actions by the values reflected in the European Charter of Food Banks. In 2023, Food Banks supported around 1.5 million people in need in Poland, donating a total of over 32,500 tonnes of food for social purposes. We donated aid to over 3,400 organisations and social institutions: soup kitchens, day care centres, night shelters and homes for the homeless, parenting centres, hospices, support centres for single women, orphanages and other institutions involved in helping people in need.

Cáritas Coimbra
Cáritas Coimbra is an Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that transversally supports communities in the social, health, education and pastoral fields in 5 districts of the Central Region of Portugal (Diocese of Coimbra). Currently, this organization counts with a total of 90 facilities spread all over the Diocese of Coimbra’s geographical area, which together offer more than 120 social responses. Its intervention is focused on the search for innovative and sustainable strategies that allow the provision of quality responses adapted to emerging needs. Aware of its social responsibility, Cáritas Coimbra develops its action in order to privilege the most socially and economically vulnerable people, families and groups. Its 90 Centres offer responses in various areas, namely: social (children and young people at risk, older adults, HIV/AIDS, addiction, homelessness, community intervention); health (out-patient, in-patient); education (children, leisure time); and pastoral action. It also provides other services, such as training sessions, a medical and rehabilitation clinic and a laundry service. The dimension of the Cáritas action is an expression of the social responsibility that it has internalised over the last five decades, allowing it to be a dynamising and transforming reference for the whole society in favour of the common good.

CSI draws know-how and skills from its wide global network, which includes academic institutions, IT companies, public services, international organizations, start-ups, and public services.
