Topic 5: Preserving leftovers


Topic 5 is all about how to reduce food waste  and share some recipes that could be used in every house of food aid beneficiaries.

Sharing recipes for frequently pickled products is a good way to reduce the amount of them in your everyday life. As it is known, one of the causes of frequent food waste is buying too much of a given product and having no idea how to use it.

In practice, Food Banks often share recipes with those under their care., when handing out food parcels, at culinary workshops and in e-books and social media.
